I’ll admit I’m not the most patient person when websites are slow, but the ordering process was frustrating for me. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and for a minute I wasn’t sure if my order had even gone through. I did get it finished eventually, so it worked out, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience

My second batch looked just like the first one, so no surprises there. Overall it’s been consistent with my orders, which I appreciate. I’m hoping there’s some kind of small compensation or credit for sharing feedback, but the product itself matched what I expected.

I had a really good experience with the team. They were professional, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions without overcomplicating things. Everything felt well organised!! I ordered from mascotlabelgroup.com, and I’m convinced the shipping was way quicker than I was expecting. My package showed up a couple days early, which was a really nice surprise. The tracking updates were decent too, not totally perfect, but definitely enough to know what was going on. The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is because the first email took a little while to come through. Other than that, I’m completely happy with how fast the delivery was.

I thought the print came out decent overall, but it wasn’t quite as sharp as I personally expected. A few of the colors looked lighter than what I sent in, and some of the smaller details were a little blurry when I looked closely.
I can still use it, so it’s not a total disappointment, but I was hoping it would look a bit better for my project. For the price, it’s alright, but next time I’d definitely be more careful about checking the proof before ordering

I ordered a batch of small die cut labels, and overall the cut line came out close to my original file. For the most part, they looked clean and matched the artwork well.

A few pieces did have tiny shifts along the edges, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it was noticeable once I looked closely. The smaller curves still came out better than I expected, though.

I’m giving this 4 stars because it wasn’t 100% perfect, and I do feel like some sort of small credit or compensation would be fair for the pieces that were slightly off. That said, for normal everyday use, I’m still happy with them.

I really appreciated that I didn’t have to place some huge order just to get what I needed, I only had a small batch to do and it worked out really well for that, plus the whole process was simple enough and didn’t make things more complicated than they needed to be.

I got pretty much exactly what I was hoping for, and I’m really happy with how the labels turned out.

The material feels sturdy and doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel. The edges are clean, and the print looks crisp overall without seeming blurry or messy.
I’ve used a few custom labels before, and these are definitely nicer than most I’ve tried. Maybe not absolutely perfect in every tiny detail, but close enough that I’d be very comfortable ordering again...

I was just browsing around for some label options and ended up on mascotlabelgroup.com. They actually had a nice range of stuff, with different styles and sizes that weren’t too hard to sort through. I liked that it wasn’t just the same kind of label over and over, you know... I did spend a little while comparing a few options, but in the end I found what I needed. I’d probably use them again if I need more labels later on.....

It’s not a total disaster or anything, but I felt like the expectations kept shifting, you think they’re supposed to hold up well, then suddenly it’s like, well, only on certain surfaces or only if everything is perfect. I just expected them to stay put better.
